Mozambique: Cover-up of Assassination of Portuguese Expatriate

Attempts to conceal crimes against foreigners have repeatedly taken place in Mozambique, including the case of the disappearance in 2016 of the Portuguese businessman Américo Sebastião (AS), in relation to which the Mozambican Attorney General's efforts were inconclusive despite the insistence by the Portuguese authorities - Presidency of the Republic and Government.
