Cape Verde: Police Tensions Following Agent´s Death

The circumstances of the death, OCT.29, in Praia (Tira-Chapéu district), of an experienced National Police (PN) agent, Hamilton Morais (HM), have degenerated into tensions between this corporation and the Judicial Police (PJ).
