Sao Tome and Principe: New Port Tender Demanding for Companies

The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Osvaldo Abreu, announced on NOV.19 the launch of the international tender for the construction of the deep water port in Fernão Dias, Lobata (north), with criteria especially demanding for most construction companies able to submit proposals.
