Angola: New “Public” Bank

With the transfer to the State of Lektron Capital SA´s shareholdings (30.98%) in BE, the Angolan State now holds c. 70% of the bank's capital, together with Sonangol EP (16%), Sonangol Vida SA (16%) and Sonangol Holding Lda (7.4%).
