Mozambique: José Parayanken and SPI Join Forces in AfroDrill

Controlled by JOSÉ PARAYANKEN (JP), in partnership with SPI - Gestão e Investimentos, linked to FRELIMO, Afrodrill - Africa Drilling Company should soon undergo changes to its shareholder structure. Following the recent formalization of the last capital increase, to c.
