EVARISTO CARVALHO (EC), PR of S. Tomé and Príncipe, has been showing, always in private, that he is considering the possibility of a presidential re-election. His initial inclination not to apply again will have changed after solving health problems that previously affected him.
The possibility of PT applying as a presidential candidate - the elections are to be held until JUL. - raised a series of initiatives against it by the Government coalition.
