Angola: Lourenço Prepares Changes at CEMGFA

The weak military preparation of the CEMGFA (his appointment interrupted a tradition of qualified officers occupying the position), added to the inclinations attributed to him, among which the “marginalization” of UNITA and mixed-race officers, making his appointment, in 2017, in itself generating feelings of internal malaise.
