Angola: SINSE Adds to Regime's Hardening Strategy

The BVs follow an equivalent structure to the Cuban regime, popularized among its dissidents as "death squads". The cells, the basic element of its organization, are made up of "people with complete confidence" (a condition measured by strict criteria).
At the origin of the present reactivation of BV, the MPLA and SINSE are pointed out.
