Mozambique: Kagame Regime Continues “Cleaning” of Rwandan Refugees

One of the kidnappers was identified as a member of the NISS, which operates in Mozambique, with the consent of the authorities, along with the refugee community in the country, some considered by the Rwandan regime of PAUL KAGAME as political opponents to be silenced. The remaining four kidnappers may be members of the National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC), whose staff has been used in operations of this type, in partnership with the Rwandans. The approach was carried out in a professional manner.

The two Rwandan refugees were transported to the PRM police station in Matola, where they were held during c. 24 hours. The release only took place after several contacts and pressure from ADRM members with the government and the Presidency of the Republic. READ MORE
