Due to the annulment (ineffectiveness, term used) of the 2019 UNITA congress, imposed by the TC, ACJ and its entire leadership, were replaced at the head of the party by ISAÍAS SAMAKUVA (IS), along with the former leadership. The change is seen as an opportunity to “undermine” UNITA through covert actions by SINSE such as the following:
- Incite rivalries/tensions accumulated between ACJ and IS due to differences in personality, style and others.
- Materially entice cadres and party leaders with a view to using their influences to isolate ACJ and counteract the FPU project. READ MORE
