The two training courses for military personnel from the Mozambican Armed Defense Forces (FADM) taking place at the centers of Dongo (near Chimoio, Manica province) and Catembe (Maputo region) will be concluded by the end of the summer (SEP-OCT.). This is the fourth formation of FADM soldiers by the European Union Mission in Mozambique (EUTM Mozambique).

While European funding for equipment continues and the training process takes place in the three training camps in parallel, the commitment of former FADM trainees to offensive actions at the Teatro Operacional Norte (TON, Cabo Delgado) has been showing lack of proper framing in the deployment of elements of the new FRR in relation to the remaining units in the field.
