Mozambique: Kagame Demands Compensations to Keep Military in Cabo Delgado
The current compensations from Mozambique are those agreed upon since the first Rwandan troops arrived in Cabo Delgado in JUL.2021 – contracts and subcontracts with Total for the provision of services by Rwandan state-owned companies, and concessions for gem and precious metal mines in some districts of the province (Megaruma Graphite, Chiure district).
