The operations—commanded by Transitional PR Gen. HORTA INTA-A and the Chief of the Armed Forces General Staff, Gen. TOMAS DJASSI (TJ)—resulted in the arrest of several military personnel from the Presidential Guard (GP) established by UMARO SISSOCO EMBALÓ (now known as “Sissoko’s militia”) and members of the security forces.
